AI Statement
Marion County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. does not use AI created images for photographs or digital assets on the website, print materials or social media. Any and all writing on the website, print materials and social media posts are written by Marion CVB employees.
All images and/or graphics used on the website, social media accounts and other marketing materials are created by contracted local illustrators and graphic designers.
Photographs and videos are from contracted photographers, videographers, employees or user-generated content used only with expressed permission.
Promotional merchandise is created by Digalyst, the Marion CVB’s marketing agency.
AI-generated posters or flyers received from other businesses or organizations for events are not used and instead the information is put into an event poster template to be placed on the event’s listing on the Marion CVB website.
A note from our agency
We proudly use human-made everything — from copy, to layout and design, to strategy and problem-solving: Digalyst promises it is not AI generated. Marketing materials produced with brands we work with that use AI will remain in those brand’s own spaces. We will try to avoid our work being used as start files for AI when at all possible as this is a good faith effort between the agency and the client.
